Congo Dental Ministries is an uprising ministry dedicated to serve others by providing dental care. The ministry originated in the heart of Africa by Dr. Ricardo Carreon DDS. Dr. Carreon joined the C4C mission project which focused on helping the people of Congo in a spiritual and physical way. After witnessing the need for medical and scarce dental care he felt motivated to begin a wave of change to help these loving people.

During the visit to Congo, Dr. Carreon and assistants removed 2,500 teeth and saw 1,253 people, day in and day out for 3 weeks.  The people of Congo not only received dental care but were also educated about the importance of dental hygiene.  The impact of this project was quite rewarding not only for the Congolese community but for those who took part in it as well.

For the year 2008, Congo Dental Ministries is planning a second trip to Congo. The goal of this trip is to be able to surpass the number of people who received dental care in the first trip.
